Here’s a step by step guide to shopping at ScissorsrockPaper:

  1. Browse our ethical gear using the menu to the left. The ‘Products’ link at the top will take you directly to our NEW products section;
  2. When you’ve clicked through to the category you’re interested in, and found a product you like, you can add it directly to your shopping cart by clicking the ‘Add to Cart’ button. If the product comes with a few options, for example colours, you will be linked to the more detailed product page. If you’d like to view more details about the product before choosing to buy, click the name of the product and you’ll be taken to the product page which will give you a description, price, additional images and any style/ colour options;
  3. To purchase a product, simply click the ‘Add to Cart’ button;
  4. You will now be taken to your shopping cart where you can review what you’ve decided to order and make any changes. From here you can choose to continue shopping, by clicking on ‘Continue Shopping’ or you can proceed to the check out by clicking the ‘Checkout’ button;
  5. Once you’ve decided to check out, you’ll need to fill out your billing and delivery details. Returning customers may simply log in using your user name and password. Please take care to give correct and full delivery details, and specify any specific instructions required;
  6. After you’ve entered your details, your postage will be automatically calculated. You may choose normal post, or express post and then click ‘Review Order’;
  7. Check your details carefully, and either click ‘Back’ to adjust, or ‘Submit Order’ to continue to PayPal to make your payment;
  8. Once inside PayPal you can establish your account and make your payment, just follow the prompts;
  9. After your payment has been taken you can choose to view payment confirmation (you’ll receive confirmation via email as well), then click ‘Return to Merchant’ which will take you back to ScissorsRockPaper. From here you can login to see your order progress, and or continue browsing the store;
  10. You will receive email confirmation of your order and payment immediately, and you’ll also receive confirmation when we ship your order.

Note: If you do not wish to make your payment via PayPal, you will not be able to order through our shopping cart system. Once you have browsed our gear, you are welcome to contact us at jess@scissorsrockpaper.com or 0403 389 466 to place your order and arrange a direct bank transfer.
